Our family has been incredibly grateful for the exceptional care provided by Inspire Hospice and Palliative Care, whose entire team has consistently demonstrated compassion, professionalism, and dedication. Each staff member we've encountered has been attentive, caring, and genuinely committed to ensuring my mother's comfort and well-being.Our 87-year-old mother, who lives in an assisted living facility, has an ostomy. Over the last year we've struggled with getting support for her ostomy care. Since Inspire Hospice stepped in about 2 months ago, the quality of her care has improved significantly and this is largely thanks to RN Lori Sherman. Lori has gone above and beyond in supporting our family and has brought us a sense of peace that is truly priceless.Lori's thorough communication, thoughtful ideas and proactive approach have been invaluable. She has been a tireless advocate for my mother, introducing practical improvements to her care and taking the time to train the facility staff to meet her needs. Lori listens deeply to our concerns and is continually implementing creative solutions that enhance my mother's quality of life. Her dedication, expertise and kindness have brought us comfort and relief, knowing that my mother is in such caring and capable hands.We cannot thank the entire Inspire Hospice team enough for their remarkable support. All of them have provided not only excellent care, but a compassionate presence during this challenging time. Our gratitude for Lori and the entire Inspire Hospice team is immense and we will wholeheartedly recommend their services to any family in need of attentive, professional and compassionate care.

My mom entered care last week. I have been been so impressed with the care they are providing. Shenaz is a supervisor but is filling in for the aid Mom will have and she is so sweet, gentle and kind with my mom. I am grateful for her. And Elizabeth our nurse is managing mom's care and helping me navigate the process very well.Update: As time has passed, I can say that EVERY single care giver that has come to my parents home is qualified and cares deeply about their job. Miss Janelle is very sweet and gentle with Mom and I'm so grateful for the care she's receiving.

Everyone we encounter within this organization was on the ball from Ahkaleah who answered my first call to Nurse Baker our case manager, the entire team was just fantastic. To do this type of work with love and compassion requires a group of special people and those special people work for Inspire. You all made Mom’s transition easier for her and my entire family. My mother was admitted to Inspire the beginning of March, 2023. The entire team did an amazing job caring for my mother until she entered the Kingdom of God January 1, 2024.They all were so professional, knowledgeable, caring, and loving. There are so people that work for Inspire as physicians, nurses, CNA, Chaplin, social worker, volunteer director, volunteers, and 24 hour on call staff. I don’t want to mention any names because I am afraid to leave a name out.The family and my mom was so grateful to have Inspire for 10 months until her passing.Thank you all for going above and beyond to help my mom and the family. We couldn’t have made it without the help and support. I highly recommend Inspire.Here are a few pictures.

My mother n law was admitted to Inspire beginning of March, 2023. We can’t say enough for what all Inspire have done for Marie and the family! The whole team is so professional and compassionate!The admission nurse, JuNeice, did an amazing job helping us with all the paperwork, and educating us on Inspire’s palliative program. The Social Worker, Inez, is so very kind and knowledgeable about helping with her needs. Thank you Natalie, the Chaplain, for being there for her and the family for support and spiritual needs.Her nurses, Janette, Martine, Brennan, and Lisa always is giving the family updates and giving her the best nursing care! Inspire has a on call nurse 24 hours a day and was there within 45 minutes of needing help several times.The CNA’s Latisha and Jessica have been so great at helping with all her ADL’s and so compassionate.The director of Volunteer services, Kimberly, has a college student, Soniya, visiting her twice a week that uplifts her and keeps her company.I highly recommend Inspire if anyone needs hospice or palliative care for their loved one.We pray she will still be a patient for quite some time before the Lord calls her to be in the Kingdom of God.Here is a couple pictures a few her great grandchildren children visiting my mother n law.

I cannot say enough about the exceptional care empathy and professionalism displayed by our Hospice Team. Litesha , Inez and Natalie Went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were being met. Diane the director came to our home to reassure us as we faced the final hours of my husband’s life allowing us to understand what was happening and handle it with love and peace.. The office staff and on call nurses always responded very quickly to my concerns showing empathy and efficiency. Thank you all!

We are eternally grateful for the love and support of all the Inspire Hospice staff. From the social worker to the chaplain, to the wonderful and dedicated CNA that was assigned to us, Litesha, her dedication, selflessness and generosity during our times of need were so appreciated. We are so grateful that they assisted us in preparation for end of life care for my dad Van. We also wanted to thank Diane, the Director, for taking the time to come out to the home and guide our family through the last hours of my dad’s life. My dad passed away at home surrounded by family and in peace and that is all we ever hoped for. That he would die with dignity while surrounded by his loved ones. It was possible because of Inspire Hospice and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for helping us make it happen.

My father was enrolled in Hospice with Inspire prior to relocating outside their service area. Amanda Wood, RN is amazing! Responsive, compassionate, professional and personable. Interactions with everyone in the company were great. They work tirelessly to ensure that your loved ones have everything needed as they embark on their last leg of the life cycle. Our experience was a brief one as mom had been in the hospital and took a turn for the worse and passed away just 4 short days under their care. I can’t say enough good things about this company from the beginning of working with them but especially, Rebecca, the RN that came everyday. She was so informative about the transition and what to expect and look for. She really helped me understand the death process and so it wasn’t so terrifying or morbid. I was blessed to have been with my mom as she passed and their care made it that way. Thank you so very much, Inspire! ♥️

I cannot express how amazing Inspire hospice team is. We had them on board for my grandmother. Amanda, RN was beyond compassionate and caring. Amanda knows what she is doing and has the biggest heart for it. She explained everything thoroughly and was always available throughout the process. I noticed that my dad was declining so on Friday I decided to give inspire hospice a call. That was one of the best decisions I ever made. Unfortunately my dad passed away on 6/1/2021. But I must say that inspire hospice was there for me the whole way during the transition with my dad. Even though it was short. Their team is kind, loving and caring. Thank you so much Lili and Maranda and the whole staff for being there for me and my family.

If you find yourself or someone you love in need of hospice care, look no further than Inspire. My mother-in-law was recently in their care and from the first phone call we knew they would take care of her. Everyone from the intake nurse who came out on a Friday evening, to the CNAs who came out to help care for her, to her RN who checked in regularly and even daily when it was close to the end, to the chaplain who came and prayed with her and over her, to the on call nurse who came to pronounce her, all treated her with compassion and made her as comfortable as possible. We were put at ease by the fact that an RN was only a phone call away, no matter the time. And they answered every time. They were also concerned with the family, providing us with resources for what to look for and how to talk to the grandkids about her passing. These are all around wholesome people who truly care about their patients.

Thank you so much to the entire team and all you did for my grandfather and our family during the last 2 months of his life. This has been extremely hard on all of us but we couldn't have asked for better care. The nurses were top notch and I'm a nurse myself, so at times I know I can be critical, but I had absolutely no complaints. Very caring, very experienced nurses, prompt visits when we had concerns or any changes, and just overall treated us all as if we were their family. I would definitely recommend these guys to any one out there having to make this decision on what company to go with during such a difficult time. Thank you from the bottom of my heart from me and my whole family.
